Pelvic Support has been developed with a Pelvic Floor Occupational Therapist specifically for pelvic floor rebuild post pregnancy, pelvic floor prolapse and other pelvic concerns. Prenatal also welcome in this class as it is very suitable throughout all of the pregnancy. Bubbas welcome.
